OCCUPANCY FEE
The occupancy fee is a one-time only, non-refundable payment made at the time of apartment selection. The fee is $2,000. A second occupant pays an additional, non-refundable $1,000.

RESIDENCE FEE
The residence fee is a one-time only payment made at the time of apartment selection. It is equal to the monthly payment. Upon termination of the contract, the residence fee may be refunded.

MONTHLY FEE
The monthly fee includes all utilities, maintenance, security, activities and one meal a day. Residents are responsible for telephone and cable television, if desired. A second occupant pays an additional $390 per month.

LEASE
The initial term is for a 13-month period; it is automatically renewed every 12 months thereafter.
