Washington Square is not only unique in concept and convenience, but is also reasonably priced. You may select one of two financial programs: the Resident Refund or the Resident Rental. Both programs are designed to give you long-term security and financial peace of mind.

The minimum age for residents at Washington Square is 60 years. In the case of couples, only one needs to be 60. Family members and guests of all ages are welcome for short-term visits.
Washington Square is a not-for-profit corporation operating successfully since 1977, guided by a board of local community leaders.
