Each studio has a living room/sleeping area, separate kitchen, bath, and full-size closet. The one-bedroom apartments vary from 390 to 580 square feet, accommodating either an individual or a couple. The layout features a kitchen/living room area, full-size bedroom, bath, and ample closet space. The largest of the apartments are the two-bedroom, two-bath units, at approximately 765 square feet. Most ground floor apartments open onto a patio or courtyard, with space for a small flower garden. Second floor apartments have airy bay windows positioned to capture maximum daylight in both the living and bedroom areas. Many third floor units have outside balconies.
